Windows User Locked - Incorrect Password

If you entered your password incorrectly 3 times, you account will be locked out for 20 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes and inputting your password correctly, you can log in. 

Please note that if you attempt to enter your password again before the 20 minutes are complete, you will need to wait 20 minutes from your last attempt.
